a friend of mine told me about this
(copypasted off perezhilton.com)

——

The Emmy telecast bleeped part of Sally Field’s acceptance speech for her best actress in a drama win.

What did she say?

“If mothers ruled the world, there wouldn’t be any god-damned wars in the first place.”

—–

it’s just a simple opinion.
it didnt get censored on ten’s broadcast though.

goes to show that ‘they’ really do put a tight hold on whatever there is to say on tv. even awardshows can’t escape from political censorship!
